Physical Goods Return Policy
We accept returns of physical items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that:

Items are returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.

All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Refunds for returned physical goods will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping and/or programming & setup fees or charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
VoIP Subscription Services Refund Policy
If you cancel your subscription within 15 days of the first month of service, you are eligible for a refund of the subscription fee paid for that month.

Cancellations requested after 15 days will be processed at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial-month refunds will be issued.
Non-Refundable Fees

Administrative fees, setup fees, shipping charges, and one-time service fees are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
All subscription cancellation requests or physical item return requests must be emailed to support@kdmeinc.com.
Requests must include your order number or account details, and for product returns, the RA number issued by our team.
