TelePort is a business communications service provided by KDME Inc. All services, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. TelePort services are intended for lawful business use only and must be used in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and KDME Inc. terms of service.

Internet Service Requirements
TelePort requires a client-provided broadband internet connection with sufficient and stable bandwidth to support high-quality voice communication. A minimum of 100 kbps upload and download speed per concurrent call is recommended. Network congestion, poor Wi-Fi signal, inadequate bandwidth, or unstable internet connections may result in degraded call quality, dropped calls, or service interruptions. KDME Inc. is not responsible for service issues caused by a client’s internet service provider (ISP), internal network configuration, or insufficient bandwidth.

Service Availability
While KDME Inc. strives to provide uninterrupted service, TelePort services may be subject to occasional maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages. KDME Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and will not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs resulting from service interruptions.

Third-Party Services
Some features of TelePort may rely on third-party services or applications. KDME Inc. is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of such third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
KDME Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use TelePort services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
